Who Can Earn Wallet Credit?

Wallet Credit is available for all registered members of The Mystery Rooms. Membership is free — you can register online with your email or sign up in-venue when booking a game. Once you’re a member, you’ll start earning credit automatically!

How to Earn Wallet Credit

  • Play Escape Room Games: Complete games at our venues to earn Wallet Credit.
  • Promotions: Participate in special promotions — for example, during our BOGOF promotion, you earn $1 credit for every $1 spent on a game. Rates vary by promotion and activity.
  • Membership Level Rewards: Level up within your membership by completing activities and unlock additional Wallet Credit. Learn more about earning extra credit on our Membership Levels page.

How to Use Wallet Credit

  • Wallet Credit can be used to pay for escape room bookings or gift vouchers.
  • Credit can be used for full or partial payments of your order.
  • You can combine Wallet Credit with other promotions, including BOGOF offers.
  • Credit is non-transferable, but you can gift a voucher purchased with your credit to someone else.

Viewing Your Wallet Balance

Logged-in members can see their Wallet Credit balance directly in the menu bar whenever they are signed in to The Mystery Rooms website.

Wallet Credit Terms

  • Wallet Credit is valid for 1 year from the date it is earned.
  • There is no minimum or maximum spend when using Wallet Credit.
  • If a booking paid with Wallet Credit is cancelled, and 48 hours’ notice is given, the refunded credit is returned to your Wallet.
  • Usual terms and conditions apply regarding changes and cancellations.

Wallet Credit is not transferable. However, you can use your credit to purchase a gift voucher and give it to someone else.

How long do my credits last?

Wallet Credit expires 1 year from the date it is earned. You can see your expiry dates when viewing your balance in the menu bar.
