The following terms and conditions apply to all promotional specials offered by The Mystery Rooms Pty Ltd. The Mystery Rooms Pty Ltd retains the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without notice. All promotions are subject to availability and may end once promotional quotas have been reached. Customers must comply with standard booking, rescheduling, and cancellation policies. Promotional benefits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash unless explicitly stated. Any misuse of promotions, including fraudulent bookings or attempts to combine offers, may result in cancellation of bookings or revocation of promotional benefits. By participating in any promotion, customers agree to abide by all rules and terms set forth.

The wallet credit can be used to book a second game with identical player numbers as the first booking. No promo code or activation is required.

Terms and Conditions

  • Customers MUST make a booking and tick ‘create an account’ or login to their account first and make a booking.
  • Guest checkout orders will NOT create a member account and will NOT receive wallet credit.
  • Applies to bookings made from 4 November 2025 for a limited time only.
  • Bookings can be future dated up to Easter 2026.
  • Buy One Get One Free promotion does not apply to Gift Voucher purchases.
  • Customers do not need to book both games at the same time.
  • Upon purchase of a full-priced game, customers are issued wallet credit equal to one game with the same player numbers.
  • Customers must log in to their account to access wallet funds (password reset may be required for first-time login).
  • The second booking must have identical player numbers to the first game.
  • The second game does not need to be at the same venue as the first game.
  • Wallet credit is non-transferable and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Offer is valid only for purchases made via debit or credit card. Redemptions of pre-existing Gift Vouchers are not eligible for this promotion.
  • Valid at all Mystery Rooms locations.
  • No limit per customer — multiple purchases during the promotion can earn multiple wallet credits.
  • The Mystery Rooms Pty Ltd reserves the right to cancel any bookings or wallet credits if the promotion rules are breached.
  • The Mystery Rooms Pty Ltd may withdraw this offer without notice once the promotional sales quota has been fulfilled.

  • Customers must use the wallet credit to book a second game with identical player numbers as the first game.
  • Wallet credit must be redeemed under the same account and is non-transferable.
